Impact of Job Rotation, Job Training, Work Ethos and Employee Communication on Work Achievement Through Job Satisfaction (Case Study on The DPUPR of Tegal City)

Abstrak
The purpose of this study is to determine: 1) the impact of job rotation on employee performance, 2) the impact of job training on employee performance; 3) the impact of work ethic on employee performance; 4) the impact of employee communication on employee performance 5) the impact of job rotation on employee job satisfaction, 6). the impact of job training on employee job satisfaction; 7) the impact of work ethic on employee job satisfaction; 8) the impact of employee communication on employee job satisfaction; 9) the impact of employee job satisfaction on employee performance; 10) the impact of job rotation on employee performance through job satisfaction; 11). the impact of job training on employee performance through job satisfaction; 12). the impact of work ethic on employee performance through job satisfaction; 13). the impact of employee communication on employee performance through job satisfaction. The subjects of this study were all employees of the DPUPR of Tegal City, totaling 106 employees and the sampling technique in this study was carried out by saturated sampling technique or total sampling. The methods used to collect data in this study were questionnaires and interviews. The data analysis methods of this research are instrument validity and reliability tests, descriptive statistics, and quantitative analysis with Partial Least Square.
