The strategies implemented by educational units are very diverse. This strategy is very dependent on the resources owned by each educational unit. One of them is by applying national education standards optimally. The national education standard regulates the elements of students. Indirectly, this national education standard is a form of effort to ensure the fulfillment of the rights of students. If the eight national education standards are applied optimally, directly or indirectly, the rights of students can be well fulfilled. However, what will be discussed in this study is the fulfillment of the rights of students in vocational schools when viewed from national education standards. This study uses a descriptive method with a qualitative approach. Thus, research results will be obtained in the form of descriptions of school strategies in the context of fulfilling the rights of vocational school students by optimizing the application of national education standards.
Didit Sutopo Tity Kusrina Taufiqulloh Taufiqulloh Copyright (c) 2022 MALAPY 2022-08-04 2022-08-04 1 2 The Effect of Information Systems, Communications, Work Culture and Work Discipline on Employee Performance with Organizational Commitment as Mediation in The Class IV Port Office and Port Authority Office Tegal https://semnas.upstegal.ac.id/index.php/malapy/article/view/376
The purpose of this research is to 1) The effect of information systems on employee performance, 2) The effect of communication on employee performance; 3) The influence of work culture on employee performance; 4) The effect of work discipline on employee performance; 5) The influence of information systems on organizational commitment; 6) The effect of communication on organizational commitment; 7) The influence of work culture on organizational commitment; 8) The effect of work discipline on organizational commitment; 9) The effect of organizational commitment on employee performance; 10) The influence of information systems on employee performance with organizational commitment as a mediating variable; 11). The purpose of this study is through the role of the teacher, students can receive art lessons well and can improve their achievements, for that teachers need to conduct research, approaches, strategies, methods and good learning models, provide tests, suitable media, good motivation and guide and direct students to learn art, all of which must be done by the teacher in the learning process, so that students better grasp the aims and objectives of learning well and by conducting research, approaches and giving tests to students to see student learning outcomes, from the learning outcomes the teacher can see the ability and evaluate students in the process of learning art. In art lessons the methods used by the teacher are the lecture method, question and answer, discussion and practice methods. Some of these methods make it very easy for teachers to deliver lessons, especially the lecture method, followed by questions and answers between teachers and students, discussions between students and students and with teachers, finally by using the practice method after taking the lesson well.
