IMPLEMENTATION OF THE WILCOXON DIFFERENTIAL TEST METHOD ON THE RESULTS OF WEIGHTING 25 kg OF SERIES WEIGHING CYCLES WITH PARALLEL WEIGHING CYCLES OWNED BY PT. AAA IN UPTD METROLOGY LEGAL TEGAL CITY

Abstrak

This study aims to analyse the difference in the results of 25 kg electronic scales weighing cycle series weighing with parallel weighing cycle using descriptive statistical analysis and Wilcoxon test method. This research was conducted at the PT AAA company which was administratively registered as a mandatory subject of tera at the Tegal City Legal Metrology UPTD office in March 2024. The data collection technique was carried out by conducting a test of 25 kg weights weighing series and parallel weighing as a whole carried out by functional weighers and obtained as many as 20 results of 25 kg weights belonging to PT. AAA which became the research data. The analysis was carried out with a descriptive model where validity test, data sufficiency test, data uniformity test, normality test, and Wilcoxon method difference test were carried out. The results showed that the weighing cycle between series and parallel had an effect on the results of the 25 kg weighing scale, although the validity test between the two weighing cycles had good validity but from the results of the difference test obtained significant differences. The results of this study are expected to be used as a consideration for the UPTD Legal Metrology agency in compiling the SOP of the weighing method by paying attention to the smallest error value of the results of the 25 kg weighing scale.
