Abstract

The aims of this research are: 1) to determine the effect of quality of work life on organizational citizenship behavior, 2) to determine the effect of person organization fit on organizational citizenship behavior; 3) determine the effect of individual characteristics on organizational citizenship behavior; 4) determine the effect of quality of work life on organizational commitment; 5) knowing the effect of person organization fit on organizational commitment, 6). knowing the effect of individual characteristics on organizational commitment; 7) knowing the effect of organizational commitment on organizational citizenship behavior; 8 knowing the effect of quality of work life on organizational citizenship behavior with organizational commitment as a mediator; 9) knowing the effect of person organization fit on organizational citizenship behavior with organizational commitment as a mediator; 10) determine the effect of individual characteristics on organizational citizenship behavior with organizational commitment as a mediator. The population of this research is the employees of the Ministry of Religion in the city of Tegal, totaling 79 employees. Samples were taken by saturated sampling technique. In this study, the data collection method used was a questionnaire. The method of data analysis of this research is to test the validity and reliability of the instrument and quantitative analysis of PLS (Partial Least Squares).
