Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine: (1) Knowing the effect of compensation on the turnover intention of the Kinasih Brebes cooperative employees, (2) Knowing the effect of job satisfaction on the relationship between compensation and employee turnover intention of the Kinasih Brebes cooperative, (3) Knowing the influence of leadership on the turnover intention of cooperative employees. Kinasih Brebes, (4) Knowing the effect of job satisfaction on the leadership relationship and employee turnover intention of the Kinasih Brebes cooperative, (5) Knowing the effect of the work environment on the employee turnover intention of the Kinasih Brebes cooperative, (6) Knowing the effect of job satisfaction on the relationship between the work environment and turnover intention employees of the Kinasih Brebes cooperative,  (7) Knowing the effect of work stress on the turnover intention of employees of the Kinasih Brebes cooperative, (8) Knowing the effect of job satisfaction on the relationship between job stress and employee turnover intention. This study uses a quantitative approach. The sampling technique used was random sampling where the sampling of population members was carried out randomly without regard to the existing strata in the population. The sample in this study amounted to 364 people. Data collection techniques using a questionnaire. The analytical technique used is SEM (Structural Equation Modeling) by first being tested with validity and reliability tests.
