Abstract

This study aims to develop student confidence in student satisfaction regarding the effect of service quality, school reputation and education costs on student satisfaction. This new concept is studied through relevant theories and tested through empirical research. Data were collected empirically from Indonesian Music School Students in Semarang, Central Java Province, Indonesia. Sample distribution was given to 98 respondents by using the technique of determining the number of samples using the Slovin formula. Structural equation model (SEM) with Smart PLS 2.0 software to test the relationship between variables was used to test the research model and hypothesis. Ten hypotheses were proposed, and all hypotheses were accepted with the support of available data, and showed mainly students' confidence in bridging service quality, school reputation and education costs. Furthermore, managerial implications and further research are also discussed in this article
