Abstract

This study aims to analyze the performance of government institutions at the Tegal Regency Public Works Service. This study uses emotional intelligence variables, work discipline. In addition, this study also uses commitment as an intervening variable to analyze the effect of employee level. The population in this study were permanent employees of the DPU of Tegal Regency, this population amounted to 100 employees. This study uses the census method, namely by giving questionnaires to the entire population of 100 employees. Data collection uses the questionnaire method, namely by providing a list of questions or questionnaires directly to respondents. Data analysis techniques in this study using analysis through the SMARTPLS program.
