Abstract

The purpose of this research is to 1) The effect of information systems on employee performance, 2) The effect of communication on employee performance; 3) The influence of work culture on employee performance; 4) The effect of work discipline on employee performance; 5) The influence of information systems on organizational commitment; 6) The effect of communication on organizational commitment; 7) The influence of work culture on organizational commitment; 8) The effect of work discipline on organizational commitment; 9) The effect of organizational commitment on employee performance; 10) The influence of information systems on employee performance with organizational commitment as a mediating variable; 11). The effect of communication on employee performance with organizational commitment as a mediating variable; 12). The influence of work culture on employee performance with organizational commitment as a mediating variable; 13). The effect of work discipline on employee performance with organizational commitment as a mediating variable. The population in this study were all employees of the Port Authority and Harbor Office IV Tegal totaling 86 employees. The sampling in this study will use the saturated sample technique. The technique used to collect data in this study is a questionnaire. The data analysis methods of this research are validity and reliability tests, descriptive statistics, and PLS analysis.
