Abstract

The need will increase along with the increase in population, the plastic blowing industry that supports the needs of the community is a promising industry so that business people are competing to take advantage of this opportunity to win the hearts of consumers to win the market. For this reason, a strategy that is appropriate with the right analysis is needed so that the company gets optimal benefits, one of which uses statistical analysis. The study entitled: Analysis of Statistical Quality Control (SQC) Product Quality Control Methods at PT. Milako teknik mandiri , this is a case study that aims to find out whether the quality of the products produced are in control or not, using Statistics Quality Control (SQC). The results of the research production process, 25 final product samples taken in a month, shows the level of damage is still in Control Over Limit (BKA / UCL) and Lower Control Limit (BKB / LCL) except for the quality of the products produced outside of UCL and LCL. , deviations are generated based on SQC analysis, because of factors such as engine, material, human error, methods and processes. The precautionary measures are guidance, stricter supervision, material selection on maintenance and machine repair.
