Abstract
PT Trans Rekreasindo is one of CT Corp's business units engaged in Entertainment such as game machines and playgrounds with several branches in Indonesia, PT Trans Rekreasindo itself has spread across several regions of Indonesia, precisely divided into 38 sites, with more than 160 rides and 3500 games available. One of the machines available at PT Trans Rekreasindo is a doll claw machine game, all game machines at PT Trans Rekreasindo use modern machines and are always updated. Because of this, the researcher must be ableto find out about the maintenance and operation of the puppet claw machine game. The researcher conducted an approach that included in-depth interviews as well as repairing andmaintaining the puppet claw machine game at PT Trans Rekreasindo. It is very important to take care of the machine because in good care the machine will also operate well.
