Abstract
The oil industry is one of the sectors that plays a vital role in meeting the world's energy needs. PT Pertamina Patra Niaga Fuel Terminal Tegal is an integral part of this industrial network in Indonesia, responsible for the provision, storage, and distribution of fuel in its region. The implementation of efficient and safe operations is a top priority, with involvement in various risk management efforts. PT. Pertamina Patra Niaga Fuel Terminal Tegal still has a risk of work accidents, such as worker safety when opening the upper manhole to check the oil level due to the lack of adequate personal protective equipment, then muscle injuries when installing dry disconnect coupling (DDC) hoses, the risk of falling, and the risk of exposure to chemicals. The purpose of this paper is to find out what work is done when dismantling the rail tank wagon area, to find out what dangers can occur during the process of dismantling the rail tank wagon (RTW) with pertamax content at PT. Pertamina Patra Niaga Fuel Terminal Tegal, identify and anticipate work accidents for employees working in the rail tank wagon area. JSA is a systematic process used to identify, evaluate, and control potential hazards in the workplace. The work carried out on the rail tank wagon (RTW) area is in the form of a fuel acceptance process, this process is carried out through 3 stages, namely the process before dismantling the RTW, the RTW dismantling process, the RTW dismantling process, the dangers that can occur from each rail tank wagon (RTW) dismantling work there are 11 possible dangers that can occur, namely: being trapped, chemicals, flammable materials, noise, manual handling, being hit, explosion, slipping, falling, tripping, Based on the discussion above, of course, efforts to prevent or overcome work accidents in the RTW area dismantling process have been carried out by means of socialization for workers, equipment maintenance, equipment repair, and repair and addition of existing facilities.
