STATISTICAL QUALITY CONTROL METHOD FOR CONTROLLING QUALITY ANALYSIS WIRING HARNESS DEFECT PRODUCT AT PT CASUARINA HARNESSINDO

Abstract

Statistical Quality Control is statistical methods in solving probloms that are used to monitor, control analyze, manage, repair, product and proccess to collect and proccess data in controlling the quality of production proccess efficiently 7 statistical tools are used in quality control activities. The most frequent kinds of dissabilities are the ones that  twist or wire insule together, with a cummulative percentage of 46,54% with a total of 605 pcs. The kind of flaw of this research is twisted. The cause of many defects in wiring harness products is the type of defect in twisting or cables that are joined together, resulting in a fishbone diagram analysis that includes human, machine, material and method factors.
